Public Platform 2.15 has been released, and one if its new features is the start of the Committee Management services functionality, targeted at organisations with democratic services and governance obligations. Our goal is to pair this functionality with strong customer service and support.
The initial Committee Management rollout covers councillor profiles, committees and meetings.
We start with the profiles, where councillors can assigned to a Ward and Party:

You can also create committees, assign users to them and give them roles that will appear in their profile:

Once your committee is up and running, you can start creating meetings for them. These meeting pages can record attendance, agendas, and minutes:

Finally, these meetings are displayed on a calendar page that can be filtered by committee:
