By default, Public Platform has a GDS style feedback form built into it. This widget is inserted at the bottom of every page and can be expanded into a form by the user clicking on it.

The user feedback can be accessed the same way you download any Webform data.

This form provides a convenient light-weight method of gathering user feedback so you know what's working for your site and what isn't.
